Guiding Light Membership Agreement

This Membership Agreement is entered into by and between The NOW and the undersigned member. The effective date of this Agreement is December 2024.

Membership Tier: Stardust

Monthly Fee: The Member agrees to pay $44 per month for the Stardust tier.

Minimum Commitment: The Member commits to a minimum of 4 months for the Stardust tier.

Payment Terms: Monthly payments will be automatically charged to the Member's provided payment method.

Upgrade Option: Members have the option to upgrade their membership tier at any time. 

Downgrade Option: Members can choose to downgrade their membership tier at any time but may only do so at the end of their current commitment period. 

Cancellation: Members may cancel their membership after the minimum commitment period by providing written notice to the Organization at least 7 days before the desired cancellation date.

Continuation After Commitment Period: Upon completion of the minimum commitment period, the membership will automatically continue on a month-to-month basis. Members who wish to cancel can do so by providing written notice at least 7 days before the desired cancellation date.

Membership Benefits: The Member is entitled to all benefits associated with the Stardust tier, including but not limited to:

  • monthly full moon ceremony
  • access to supportive community
  • accountability challenges

Membership Changes: Any changes to the membership tier must be communicated in writing to the Organization.

Communication: The Member agrees to receive communications related to their membership, including billing notifications, via email.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Colorado.


Agreement Acknowledgement: I, the undersigned Member, acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this Membership Agreement.
